Webinar: Paragon – Price Analysis

Paragon Short webinars are designed to be 20-minutes long. During this Paragon Shorts webinar, we will explore the Price Analysis functionality found in Paragon. Price Analysis will report to you the number of buyers for your property inside Paragon as s Subject Property, Partially Saved Listing and a Published listing. You can try different price points to see the number of Buyer in Paragon that would be potential buyers of your property. When you find the right price for your listing, you can change the listing’s price right inside the Price Analysis tool. Using the webinar tool, you can ask the trainer questions during the webinar by typing and sending it to them.
