What information is generated when you visit bayeast.org
Depending on your use of the website, certain types of personal and nonpersonal information may be collected. For example, you may provide us your name or email address when you complete a registration, respond to a questionnaire or complete a contact form. Any personal information you provide will be used by us to fulfill the stated objective for which the information was requested or collected.
Nonpersonal information may also be collected, such as the name of the domain from which you access the Internet (example: google.com if you connect from a Google account); the date and time you access our website and/or the Internet address from which you accessed the website. This information may be used to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of the website to make it more useful and user friendly for visitors.

Find a REALTOR®
Bay East is a private trade association consisting of real estate professionals. One of the many benefits of membership with Bay East is a searchable database of our members via the “Find a REALTOR® and “Find a Platinum Affiliate” features on our home page. The directory may be used by the public to locate and contact our members by such characteristics as name, company or city location.
The member information made available contains only the business information of our members. Under no circumstances will Bay East intentionally display or make available the personal information of our members.
The website contains a “Feedback” feature allowing visitors to contact us with comments or questions. To use this feature, locate the blue “Feedback” button on the right side of any page.
Information collected through the “Feedback” feature is used to investigate and respond to inquiries.
Links to Other Sites
Bay East may create and use surveys on the website. A survey may ask for your name, email address or demographic information. Information gathered from a survey may be used to compile information and statistics for future Association decisions.
Bay East may run contests on the website. Information provided for the contest will be used for the contest and maybe used for statistical tracking.
